Working Construction with Gpa

Brandon got to go to work with Gpa for a few minutes when we were in Fallon. All day long after that he asked if he could go back to work with Gpa. He was a little disappointed when he couldn't. Hopefully he will learn to work as hard as his dad and Gpa. If he does he will be a very successful person.

Four Years Down and Eternity to Look Forward To

I'd like to take a moment to appreciate my husband. Words cannot even begin to express how much I love him. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I am the luckiest girl in the world. Dwight, Thank you for letting me love you and especially for loving me. My husband is the hardest working man I know and he usually never complains about it, even though there's a lot that he could complain about. I am so greatful that he holds the priesthood and is an active and worthy church member. I am greatful I can ask at any time and he is willing to give blessings and support. I can't imagine what our lives orhome would be like without this gift. He is great with our two boys. He loves to take them in the tractors to give me some time to myself and always is willing to play and be involved with them. I am so lucky to have him as the father of our children.

He treats me with respect. I don't always deserve to be treated as well as he treats me, but he still holds me at the top of his world.
I have everything I have ever dreamed about. I am married to a loving husband, we have a little family, and I can be with him at any time of the day I want. Actually in all honesty he has exceeded my dreams. He is fun to be around. He can always make me smile. I love days that we can spend a lot of time together. Even if I do just get in the way. I really am so lucky! Thanks for all you do. Happy anniversary honey.

Brandon's Cowboy Photo Shoot

It seems like a lot has happened in the past three weeks. But I don't know what is really note worthy. Brandon had a double ear infection. It got so bad he had gunk coming out his eyes. The doc said it was relieving the infection that way instead of out the ear. Yeah, so on top of oral medicine we also had to do drops. Two year olds really don't like things dropped in their eyes. Then James had a cold that eventually led to an ear infection. But seems to be much better after ten days of antibiotics. We did a photo shoot hope you enjoy...my mom says that James reminds her of the mini sirloin burger commercial from Jack in the Box. Oh, James is rolling over and pulling himself to different locations. I am not ready for him to crawl yet. But it looks like we are moving in that direction.

Sunny Weekend & Easter

The Easter Bunny was really nice this year.

This is more like James' idea of fun...Biter Biscuit

Eggs...Not really his thing

Brandon loved dying the eggs and making the mess

Brandon was outside on Saturday loving the sunshine. His dad was doing yard work and when he couldn't hear Brandon playing anymore he had to turn to find him. This is where he was. Parked in his Tonka Truck next to the fence along the highway watching our neighbors sort seed potatoes. He sat there for about a half hour. I am guessing he thinks it is entertaining.

He also did some swinging with his dad

General Conference Entertainment

So General Conference was really good this morning. After the second talk Brandon wanted to watch a video in our room so I let him. It was only a 30 minute video and it dawned on me about an hour and a half later that he never came out to tell me to start the video again. I got a little worried. And low and behold he had found some things to entertain himself, namely his dad's shaving cream, a sink and lots of other cool things sitting on the bathroom counter. I walked around the corner and had to turn right around and go get Dwight all I could do was laugh or else someone was not going to see tomorrow. So there you have it. A great Sunday morning. Enjoy the pictures.

Investigating the mess and he just continues to play

Here is James' laugh. It is so stinkin' cute when you hear it for long periods of time. Sorry this is just a taste of what we hear daily. He is a very happy baby. Sorry it is sideways. I couldn't figure out how to turn it. It is with my mom who is trying to get him to laugh.

Updates

James went for his four month check up on the 26th of March. He is 25 1/2 inches tall and 14.14 lbs. I would say he is growing. He is definitely laughing. You don't even have to motivate him to laugh he just does it. He rolled over once, but it must have been an accident because he won't do it again. He produces about 2 gallons of drool a day. I can't keep anything dry. I have started him on some solid foods. Some are okay but he would rather just have the bottle. Applesauce must be a little sour he makes some pretty good faces. He loves biter biscuits and licorice. I wouldn't recommend taking them away. All in all he is doing very well.
Brandon is still being wild and out of control. He has made some friends with some people in the ward and everyday he asks for the kids to come play. Please can they come play. He is hoping for spring to come. When we had the sunshine for about a week, Brandon thought the puddles in the driveway were his personal swimming pools. Yes we had 4 showers a day on average. But he had fun and now that the snow is back he is a little upset he has to stay in the house.
Dwight is getting ready to farm and is ready for the snow to be gone as well. He has been called to be an assistant ward missionary, on top of scouts. So he is gone a little more.
Primary has been going good for me. I have a great president who is really organized. If only I could have a portion of it. I will be having my 25th birthday on Wednesday. Dwight got me an elliptical. Now I really have no excuse not to exercise.
Hope everyone is doing well and having good times.

More Adventure to Fallon

My mom came up to Rexburg the first week of March to help with the BYUI ag rendezvous. We actually got it done a lot faster than in the years past. We didn't stay up until midnight either night. On Friday the boys and I went back to Fallon with my mom and gram for the week. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed being home. On Monday I went and cut my hair. I cut 10 inches off and donated it to the Locks of Love. I had two big rubber bands full. Then on Tuesday my mom went and did the same thing. But hers is not as short as mine. Wednesday we made quilts for my little brother and James. It was fun to hang out with my family and just shoot the breeze. Grandma Joyce has been fighting cancer for quite a few months now. Her hair is starting to grow back and it is darker than ever. You would never know that she is now a great great grandma. Grandma taught me how to crochet some pot holders and wash clothes so I worked on those a little bit. On Thursday we went to Reno and had our good friend Amy Jo do the family pictures with the exception of Dwight who had to stay home to get ready to farm. It took us a while but we finally figured out that if Brandon was holding Bub's cell phone thinking it was a camera he smiled a lot better. We came home on Friday. That was a really long drive. But that is the update and I hope that you enjoy the pictures.
